Building on it, we are determined to strengthen our commitment and to further advance our CSR activities. In 2011 we developed a holistic CSR framework which describes our longer-term vision and defines our CSR targets and measures. We will continue to build upon this framework with a systematic approach that will allow us to sharpen our focus on our key impacts, including our employees, our supply chain, health & safety, the environment as well as business ethics. At the same time, our stakeholders will be able to evaluate our progress.
